Welcome to Growth Groups
Growth Groups at Abundant Life is a primary way of becoming connected more intimately to one another through the study of the Word. It is in these smaller communities that men and women have opportunities to build personal relationships and practice applying biblical truths to their daily lives. Our hope is that these communities would serve as a source of regular encouragement, accountability, and fellowship.
Growth Groups consist of six to twelve people and are led by facilitators who receive support and oversight from our Abundant Life staff. They generally meet weekly or every other week and are held in homes located throughout the Bay Area.
Growth Groups FrameworkWhen attending a Growth Group, you will find that most groups focus on applying points from weekend sermons and relevant Scriptures to their lives. These groups help facilitate the giving and receiving of encouragement and support, and serve as a place to share prayer and praise requests. Periodically, Growth Groups may participate in social events and acts of service together.
