ALCF’s AfterCare Ministry strives to influence the condition in which men, women and youth—with incarceration in their background—return to our communities through practical support and mentoring. The goal is to assist those scheduled to return with support mechanisms (e.g. housing referrals, employment preparation, etc.) needed to successfully transition, while at the same time provide one-to-one mentoring that provides continual support in order to prevent recidivism.
