We currently have an opening for an IT Director. This role is divided into two distinct areas and can be managed by two people, as follows:


  • Manage the in-house windows based network.

  • Manage the access points

  • Manage printer connections

  • General network infrastructure

  • 8x8 phones


  • Manage the website (Squarespace). This includes updating sermon links, supporting communications, etc.

  • Manage the Church App (Subsplash). This involves uploading sermons, creating events and notifications to keep the congregation informed, etc.

  • Manage GSuite - all our emails and google drives. Basically serve as the administrator for all that.

  • Manage the Church Community Database (CCB). Be the go to person for questions regarding people, groups, forms, process queues, etc.

  • Oversee Streaming to both facebook and our host provider. Just needs to be on point if issues arise, but normally the Visual Media team should e fine. 

  • Liaise with all our third party vendors. (Wiline, CCB, Subsplash, Pushpay, etc)

  • Handle monthly Dashboard details. Aggregating, but also creating the systems to store/record data in readable form.
