Executive Pastor Wayne L. Jackson Wayne Jackson serves as Executive Pastor, team leader for the executive management team, and provides visionary leadership and exercises spiritual oversight along with the elders of the church. |

Administration Tilden Fang Tilden Fang is an Executive Associate Pastor. He is a member of the executive management team and oversees our business operations, facilities and information technology departments. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Discipleship and Community John Gorin John Gorin is an Executive Associate Pastor. He is a member of the executive management team. He oversees ALCF’s small group ministry as well as the leadership teams for affinity groups (men, women, young adults, singles and seniors), adult education, and student ministries. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Outreach and Recovery Tobey Hall Tobey Hall is an Executive Associate Pastor. He is a member of the executive management team and oversees the outreach and recovery ministries of our church. He also leads our evangelism efforts including the Encouragers, follow up ministry, and the Prayer Counselors of ALCF. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Pastoral Care Danielle Parish Danielle Parish is an Executive Associate Pastor. She is a member of the executive management team and oversees our pastoral care ministries and SAFARI Kids, our ministry to children, which includes Sunday classes and other special events. She also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Ministry Operations Eric Stevenson Eric Stevenson is an Executive Associate Pastor and member of the executive management team. He serves as pastoral assistant to the executive pastor. He provides oversight for the day to day ministry operations. He is responsible for the coordination of our corporate worship services. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Assimilation Sarai Crain Sarai Crain is an Associate Pastor and a member of our executive staff. She oversees our assimilation ministries, which includes helping members discover their spiritual gifts and find a place of service within our church and assisting our ministry leaders with recruitment, retention and appreciation of our volunteers. She also provides focused crisis counseling and general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Chaplaincy Fred Degree Fred Degree is a Director and a member of our executive staff. He leads our Chaplaincy efforts including ministry in prisons, juvenile hall, rest homes, and shelters. He also oversees our ministry to men and women who are reentering society after serving time in prison. |

Family Ministries Sid Harms Sid Harms is an Associate Pastor and member of our executive staff. He coordinates and oversees ministry to married couples and parents. He also serves as pastor and coach to the pastoral staff. |

Biblical Counseling Cora Harper Cora Harper is an Associate Pastor and a member of our executive staff. She oversees our Biblical Counseling Ministry and provides support for the counseling staff. Her ministry also oversees our support groups for biblical counseling ministry. She also provides programming for our women’s ministry. She also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Prayer & Visitation Geraldine Hill Geraldine Hill is a Director and a member of our executive staff. She oversees our network of prayer cells. She also coordinates our ministry to bereaved, sick, and shut-in ministry teams. |

Recovery Kenneth Love Kenneth Love is a Director and a member of our executive staff. He leads recovery events such as the Bridge, as well as various weekly support groups. He also provides counseling for members in crisis. |

Student Ministries Kevin Neuner Kevin Neuner is an Associate Pastor and member of our executive staff. He oversees the Student Ministries Department, which includes the Junior High, High School and College students of our church and community. |

Strategic Partnerships and Homeless Ministry Rosemarie Nola Rosemarie Nola is a Director and a member of our executive staff. She manages all partner relationships with community-based organizations, as well as outreach efforts through our Homeless Ministry. |

Business Operations Nirvana Nwokidu Nirvana Nwokidu is a Director and a member of our executive staff. She oversees day-to-day business operations within our financial and personnel departments. |

Adult Education Greg Sowle Greg Sowle is an Associate Pastor and a member of our executive staff. He oversees our Institute of Biblical Studies (adult education), which offers classes designed to help people learn God's Word and become highly effective Christians. He oversees curriculum development and small group leadership training. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |

Care & Encouragement Roy Tinklenberg Roy Tinklenberg is an Associate Pastor and a member of our executive staff. He coordinates our ministry of encouragement and care to members of the congregation who are still seeking points of connection within ALCF. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation. |
