As you move forward with the planning and scheduling of your event, here are a few important things to keep in mind.


Submit Requests in Early

Due to the large number of ministries and church related activities, the usage of space at times can become extremely limited. We strongly encourage everyone to submit their event requests at the earliest possible opportunity.


Submit Accurate Information

Please be sure the contact information on your request is accurate. If there is a question or conflict regarding your request we will attempt to contact you using the contact information listed on your request.


Event Requests for ALCF Members

Finally, the Events staff as well as Abundant Life will make every effort possible to accommodate the requests of our members to use the church facilities for Weddings, Funerals, Memorial Services, and Milestone Anniversary celebrations. Unfortunately for those who are not current members of Abundant Life, we are very sorry that we may not be able to accommodate your event due, in large part, to our facility limitations and activity volume.
