How do we serve

JOBS Ministry models love and compassion while encouraging individuals in their walk with Christ. The ministry provides career development assistance and is a valuable asset to ALCF fellowship of believers. JOBS offers the following services:

+ JobWorks Workshops and Seminars
+ Christ Empowered Owners (CEO) Fellowship Group
+ Job Seekers Workshop
+ Vocational Training Classes

All of the above facets of our ministry include:

+ Employment and career exploration
+ Interpersonal skills training
+ Resume, cover letter, and thank you letter development
+ Job search skills
+ Informational and interviewing skills
+ Vocational training
+ Job coaching
+ Referrals to community resources
